Next Generation Leaders

The Next Generation Leaders peer group is ideal for rising stars in organizations with less than $50M in annual revenue. This group focuses on the essential leadership skills needed to take your career to the next level. Participants will learn how to lead high-performing teams, navigate organizational politics, and build influential relationships both inside and outside your company. Coupled with the peer advisory group is individualized executive coaching, designed to help ensure each participant is driving individual skill improvement.

Next Generation Family Business Leaders

Family businesses have unique challenges, and this peer advisory group is designed specifically to help next generation family business leaders overcome these obstacles. Our expertly crafted curriculum focuses on topics such as succession planning, family dynamics, and balancing the needs of the family with those of the business. An integral part of this program is external speakers who specialize in family business dynamics.

Non-Profit Leaders

Non-profit leaders face a unique set of challenges as well, including guiding a team of passionate volunteers and managing tight budgets while keeping the organization on track to achieve its mission. Our non-profit peer group is targeted for non-profits with an operating budget of less than $50M and will help participants stay focused on purpose and offer insights on how to lead by example and transform staff to lifelong supporters. This group will receive special pricing and include speakers, 1:1 executive coaching and a host of other benefits tailored for non-profit leaders.

Revenue-Focused Leaders (Sales and Marketing)

If you’re responsible for driving revenue in your organization, this peer group is perfect for you. Our curriculum is focused on the essential sales and marketing skills needed to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment. You’ll learn how to create a winning sales strategy, build a high-performing sales team, and leverage digital marketing to drive growth. By participating with other sales and marketing leaders, the ability to share strategies and results will help not only the individual participant, but their overall organization. This program will include access to an online repository of materials, presentations, sales plans, etc. that can be leveraged by all members.

Finance/Operations Leaders

Running a successful business requires a deep understanding of finance and operations. Our peer advisory group for finance and operations leaders focuses on essential skills such as financial analysis, budgeting, supply chain management, and more. You’ll learn how to make sense of financial statements, optimize operations, and drive efficiency at every level of your organization. Through networking with other focused leaders, this group will help individuals navigate the challenges of doing business in New York State, while at the same time ensuring individuals focus on improving their individual skills through personalized coaching.
